Michelle F. Lee
Management Services Officer In consultation with Department Chair, Michelle manages the department's administrative, business, human resources, technology support, and fiscal activities, including budget control, resource and space planning, oversight of instructional and research programs, and organizational/operational improvements. Michelle acts as the liaison between departmental and campus resource personnel.
Gabriela (Gabby) Sanchez
Contracts & Grants / Payroll & Personnel
Gabby supervises the Wildlife, Fish, & Conservation business office. She serves as the account manager for the department of which her duties include grant processing and management, payroll/personnel, and gift processing. She also provides budget information to the department chair, management services officer and faculty upon request.
Grace de Guzman
Office Assistant / Staff Advisor Grace oversees the administrative aspects of the undergraduate program working closely with the Master Advisor with issues of college, university and major requirements, academic planning, transfer credit, petitions and graduation certification. She also maintains student and class records and is involved in recruitment and outreach. Grace is also responsible for merit/promotion actions, visa processing, and serves as a back-up to the business office.
Steven Garcia
Purchasing Agent/Safety Officer
Steve serves as the departments Safety Officer responsible for working with faculty and staff on their IIPP's and Ergonomic Issues.
Steve is responsible for all purchasing for departmental and research grant needs. In consultation with the end user,
Steve locates appropriate vendors with advantageous pricing, places the order, and follows through to ensure packages are delivered
in a safe and timely manner. As the equipment custodian for the department, Steve is responsible to ensure that equipment is handled and tracked in compliance with University policy, and he serves as a resource to department personnel on equipment purchases

Jessica Hernandez
Peer Advisor
Jessica provides a students perspective on various classes and instructors. She gives advice about class scheduling, and facilitate student/faculty interactions. Jessica is a WFCB student who can help you when you have questions about classes, want to find out about internship opportunities, or have other questions about the major. Her office hours for Fall 2008 will be posted soon. .
