The Avian Conservation & Ecology (or ACE) Lab is housed in the Department of Wildlife, Fish & Conservation Biology at UC Davis. We are a large group comprised of graduate students from several programs and our fearless leader, Dr. John Eadie.
Within the broad field of avian conservation and ecology, our research interests are diverse, and include: population dynamics, conservation genetics, animal behavior, land management, and climate change. Study species currently include waterfowl, shorebirds, songbirds and seabirds. Waterfowl research is supported in part by the Dennis G. Raveling Endowed Professorship. |
